Southern Girls 'photo inspiration' challenge

Challenge 24 at Southern Girls Challenge blog
is to create a card, layout or OTP project using this photo as inspriration. For this round we got to choose a meljens stamped image, and i chose the super cute little snowman. The image wraps up how Winter is in Toowoomba. BBBBRRRRRR.
So with the picture in mind I created a winter layout, of my youngest daughter, all rugged up. I used Bo Bunny patterned paper for the base, chipboard tree, snowflakes, crochet doilies, sam's eye candy felt button, string, stampit flourish, ticket, paper clip, ribbon, paint, journal blocks and chipboard title (which i painted and then embossed with glitter)

ScrapwithV July 1 sketch challenge

Here is the sketch for the July 1 challenge at ScrapwithV
For this LO I used Fancy pants and kaiser patterned papers, echo park sticker, tag, felt butterfly, lace, ric rac, tag, making memories brads, stmapin up stamps and kaiser alpha stickers.

Sam's Eye candy magic - purple and green challenge

Sam's challenge for July, on her blog
is to create a project using purple and green. And one of my most dreaded colours to use is purple. SO this was a real challenge for me. I started doing this for Sam's challenge as well as the scrapwithv sketch challenge for June, until I realised it is no longer June. For this LO I used no patterned papers, only Sullivans and Coredinations card stock, flourish with a bling flourish, prima flower, ribbon, string, brads, A2Z Scraplet chipboard title (which i coloured with water colour pencils), buzz and bloom felt corners, kaiser die cut, carolee creations alpha stickers and DCWV rub on. I used an ink pad and dragged it around the outside of the cardstock, in purple and green, and also used the purple ink pad to create circle in the middle - which i then also used a black pen to doodle a circle.

Southern Girls challenge 'Childhood Memories"

The current challenge at Southern Girls challenge blog
is to scrap a layout, card or OTP project with a 'Childhood Memories' theme
Here is my LO for this challenge. I have used Websters and Kaiser patterned paper, prima flourish and flowers, american craft thickers, carolee creations alpha stickers, lace, mini roses and spoon charm

A double LO

I originally did this double LO for the masters 2011 challenge, until i realised that colours are meant to be blue, orange and grey and not blue, orange and brown.

I used Bo Bunny and Graphic 45 patterned papers, kaiser rub ons, measuring tape, staples, string, sam's eye candy magic crocehted doilies, felt cloud and resin roses, heidi swapp chipboard, Scrappin Outback chipboard title, carolee creations alpha stickers, and kaiser pearl.
